Simply fill out our [Quote Request Form] with a few photos and rough dimensions. We will email you a preliminary estimate first. If the numbers work for you, we then schedule an in-person consultation to finalize the design and materials. No waiting around for a contractor who never shows up.

Do I need to pull my own building permits?

We offer full flexibility.

While many clients prefer us to handle the entire process for convenience, you are welcome to apply for the permit yourself as the homeowner. Regardless of who submits the application, we provide all the necessary documentation.We supply the architectural drawings, structural specifications, and insurance binders to ensure your town has everything they need to approve your project without delay.

How long does the actual construction take?

We build faster and cleaner than the competition.

Because we use precision-engineered Steel Framing and work one job at a time, most average-sized decks are completed in just 4–5 days. We don't bounce between job sites; once we arrive at your home, we stay until the project is 100% complete.

When should I book my project?

Accepted Answer

As soon as possible.

In New England, the spring schedule fills up quickly—often by March. Because permitting and material ordering take time, we recommend reaching out 2–3 months before you want to enjoy your deck. Contacting us in winter is the best way to guarantee a Spring start date, but we do build all year round making anytime the best time to reach out!

Do you work in the winter?

Yes, we build year-round.

Unlike wood, our Cold-Formed Steel Framing doesn't freeze or absorb moisture, allowing us to frame decks even in the snow. If you can dream it, we can build it, regardless of the season.

Stephen, and our dedicated in-house crew are on-site for every build. We take personal pride in our craftsmanship and do not hand off your project to random sub-crews.
