1. The Remote Preliminary Estimate Lenzi Construction & Remodeling LLC offers a remote preliminary estimate based on customer-submitted photos and descriptions.​

Subject to Change: The final cost of your custom deck or outdoor living space is entirely contingent upon a comprehensive, on-site physical inspection. Hidden conditions—such as rot in the home's existing ledger attachment area, the need for extensive excavation, or specific soil conditions requiring specialized helical pile installations—may significantly alter the preliminary estimate.
2. Final Contracts & Project Scope A legally binding agreement is only formed once our team has completed a physical site inspection, finalized the structural design for your custom cold-formed steel frame, and both parties have signed a formal written contract. Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed will require a formal Change Order.
3. Materials and Engineering We specialize in custom cold-formed steel framing and premium composite decking. All structures are engineered to meet or exceed local building codes. However, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality should supply chain issues arise, though any changes will be communicated prior to installation.
4. Project Timelines & Weather Delays While we strive to meet all estimated start and completion dates, outdoor construction in New Hampshire is heavily dependent on weather conditions. Lenzi Construction & Remodeling LLC is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, municipal permitting delays, or material shortages outside of our control.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, before-and-after project photos, and descriptions of our framing process—is the exclusive property of Lenzi Construction & Remodeling LLC and is protected by United States copyright laws. Unauthorized scraping, copying, or use of our photos or text by competing contractors or third parties is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
